I had the opportunity to visit Moscow in the autumn of 2021, and it was then that I met beautiful Kristina. I actually had wrote to her on Telegram prior to my trip to introduce myself, and to ask if she would be available the week that I would be visiting, and she replied that she would be, and that she would be happy to meet me. I somehow was able to tell that she is kind and courteous just from looking at her photos, and when I met her, I was proven correct! Her photos match exactly as in real life, if not, she is even better in person. However, what really impressed me is her incredible slim body. She has very small waistline, which is amazing because it means that she must eat a lot fewer calories to stay thin. Even still, however, she manages to be quite lean despite this weight loss, especially since her diet includes meat. I have written extensively about our conversation leading up to my trip, and how I was preparing for such an extended absence from home, so it was really comforting to hear that she shares similar views towards health and wellness. Our conversation included discussions about my health concerns with respect to COVID-19 and my aspirations for the future, but it was also during this time that I was given access to powerful technology tools that allow us to simulate various scenarios related to the novel coronavirus. All in all, it was truly a unique and unforgettable time that allowed us to explore many different aspects of health and medicine, including issues related to endurance training for marathon purposes. Despite this, though, it was still essential to note that the risk to my safety is low compared to the risks associated with receiving medical care at hospitals in major cities like New York City and Boston.
